Get Started with Jury Service:

Upon receipt of the summons, log in to the Juror Access website with your Candidate ID to complete the Juror Questionnaire.
If you are having issues filling out the application online please email (cassiajury@cassia.idcourts.gov) or call (208-878-8610) for the Jury Commissioners office.

Any person that fails to complete jury service or return the questionnaire as directed may be jailed, fined or both.
Please read the summons carefully and follow all instructions.

Current Summoned Juror Term of Service Dates
- July 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026
- October 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
The term of your service is listed on the bottom of the document mailed to you, which is to be retained by you.
Please read all information on the summons so that you will know how to proceed.
Qualified Jurors will receive a reminder about one week prior to the start of their term of service via email.

All requests for temporary excuses need to be submitted to the Jury Commission at least 1 (one) week in advance of a jury trial and must be submitted in writing via mail or email to: cassiajury@cassia.idcourts.gov or on the Juror Access Website https://jury.idaho.gov

The call in procedure is as follows: Call 844-509-1211 on Friday before your term of service begins, after 6:00 p.m. or any time over the weekend before the first day of your scheduled jury service, and proceed as instructed.

You may ask for a postponement of Jury service but any such postponement granted shall be for the shortest period of time reasonable.
