Declaration of Candidacy forms are available at the respective taxing district offices listed above or at the Cassia County Clerk’s office, 1459 Overland Ave, Room 105, Burley, Idaho.

Schools Districts may hold elections on May 21st, Aug 27th, or Nov 5th 2024 for bonded indebtedness and property tax levy questions.  Recall elections for any political subdivision may also be held on these dates.
