Cassia County will record only the original document or a certified copy of the document.
All documents must have a notary acknowledgment and not exceed 8 1/2”x 14”. Excepts for surveys and plats apply.
We need a minimum space of 3½" x 1¼" for recording information label on the front page.
Your original document will be returned to you; please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and make your check payable to Cassia County Recorder.
Surveys must be submitted with 1 Mylar full-size and 1 paper copy. Surveys and Plats will not be returned unless submitted with additional copies.
All other documents are returned to the requesting party.
